Rai’s Process Server offers investigative stakeout services to deliver legal documents to evasive individuals.
Stakeouts, by definition, is a period spent undercover for the surveillance of a residential or commercial location, waiting for the subject to enter or exit, so the process server can deliver the legal documents, such as a complaint, lawsuit, subpoena, writ of summons, or family law documents.
Our process servers can observe whether or not the subject is available. For each stakeout, we will plan the time and date to wait, how long it will be, and who you can serve. We will always have the documents ready in advance. We will move quickly, even run, if necessary, before the subject gets away.
We will park in the best location possible to see the property without being seen. If you do not know what doorways the individual uses at their home or place of business, we may require multiple investigators on parking spaces or in the front and/or back of the property.
We will run a background search on the subject you are looking for:
- Age
- Addresses
- Vehicles
- Spouse
- Phones
- Any information on the internet and social media accounts
